Definitions

Term	Definition
Font	The .ttf, .otf, .woff, .woff2 files provided by the licensor
Individual	A single user
Entity	A single company, studio, or team.
You	Shall mean an Individual or Entity exercising permissions granted by this License.

Daniel / Caaz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Font.
The Font remains the intellectual property of Daniel / Caaz.
This Agreement grants usage rights only. No ownership rights are transferred.

You may use the Font in unlimited projects, on as many computers as you like.
You retain ownership of any creative works you produce using the Font.
Embedding is allowed, for use in software.

You may not:

Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Font as a standalone or bundled product.
Claim ownership over the Font
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or license notices included with the Font
Use the Font for training, generating or improving machine learning systems
Use the Font in connection with blockchain-based collections

Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, the Font distributed under the License is distributed on an “as is” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
Daniel / Caaz is not liable for any damages arising from its use to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States
Daniel / Caaz may provide updates, optimizations, or alternative formats of the Font. Such updates remain subject to this Agreement unless otherwise stated.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Daniel / Caaz regarding the Font and supersedes any prior versions.
