A retrospective is an exercise in reflection and improvement. It’s a chance for me to look back on past experiences, identify areas for growth, and implement changes to become a better developer. The pages you’ll find here are all retrospectives after a project has been completed, or a milestone has been hit.

FLOE

Floe was an ice skating platformer game created for SpeedJam #8, where players could perform tricks to gain speed. The game ranked #7 out of 104 entries, but the team faced challenges in its development process, including inefficient scene management and difficulties with LootLocker’s API.
